BeginFlow is an AI-powered platform that converts designs into production-ready mobile code for React Native and Flutter. The Service includes:

• AI-powered design analysis and code generation
• Voice-to-code functionality
• Figma integration
• Project management and export capabilities
• Team collaboration features (on applicable plans)

3. User Accounts

Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.

Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of initial purchase.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods.

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain all rights to the designs, code, and content you upload or create using our Service. You grant us a limited license to use your content solely to provide and improve the Service.

Generated Code

You own all code generated by our Service based on your inputs. We do not claim ownership of the generated output.

Our Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by BeginFlow and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit viruses, malware, or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
• Use automated systems to scrape or access the Service

7. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeginFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any interruption or cessation of the Service
• Any bugs, viruses, or malicious code transmitted through the Service
• Any errors or inaccuracies in generated code

8. Warranty Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Generated code should be reviewed and tested before use in production. We are not responsible for any issues arising from the use of generated code.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
